The 2024 Bear Persist uses a Picatinny sight mount, which puts it on the same in-line sight system as Hoyt rather than the Mathews Bridge-Lock dovetail. A dovetail sight needs a Picatinny base to mount in-line here.
For the rest it uses the Integrate Mounting System, so an Integrate MX2 clamps to the riser dovetail. Bear's Alaskan XT in the same lineup is machined for both integrate sights and rests, so check the exact model, because the Picatinny detail varies across the range.
