Direct fit

Does the Garmin Xero A1i Pro fit a Hoyt RX-8?

Direct fit. The Xero A1i Pro is built for the Picatinny In-Line mount, and the RX-8 carries a Hoyt In-Line Picatinny rail, so the Picatinny version clamps straight on with no adapter.

The Xero A1i Pro is Picatinny-native, so how it fits the RX-8 depends on the bow's Picatinny In-Line mount.

The Xero A1i Pro was designed with Hoyt for the In-Line Picatinny rail, so it clamps straight to a Picatinny mount. On the Hoyt RX-8 the fit depends on whether the riser is Picatinny, a Bridge-Lock dovetail, a Center Mass bar or a bracket.

Garmin ships a standard-mount adapter in the box, so the sight also runs on conventional bushings; the Picatinny rail version is the one to pick for a Hoyt-family In-Line bow.
