Choosing a rest for an Integrate MX riser

An Integrate MX riser lets you run the most rigid rests on the market, and several brands now make rests for the interface.

What an Integrate MX riser gives you

Integrate MX is a dovetail rest interface, introduced by PSE and adopted across risers from Mathews, PSE and Bowtech. Instead of hanging the rest on a single screw through the Berger hole, the rest locates into a dovetail in the riser for a tighter, more repeatable mount.

If your bow has this interface, you can take advantage of it with an Integrate MX rest, or still fall back to a Berger-hole rest if you prefer.

Which rests are available

Because the interface was opened up, several rest makers build Integrate MX rests. Hamskea offers an Integrate-compatible version of its Everest rest, and QAD makes Integrate MX rests such as the MX2. Vapor Trail and others also make Integrate-compatible rests.

That choice means you are not tied to one brand: you can pick the rest you want and fit it to your Integrate MX bow, whether it is a Mathews, PSE or Bowtech riser.

Integrate MX or Berger hole

On an Integrate MX bow you have two options. An Integrate MX rest gives the most solid, repeatable mount by using the dovetail. A Berger-hole rest still fits because the riser also has the Berger hole, and it is the more portable choice if you swap the rest between bows.

For a permanent, precise setup the Integrate MX rest is the natural pick; for flexibility across bows, the Berger-hole rest keeps its place.

Making the match

Confirm your specific model carries the Integrate MX interface, then choose from the Integrate MX rests that fit. Check the rest is the Integrate MX version, since some rests, like the Hamskea Everest, come in more than one mounting version.
