Does the S&S Backcountry Dual Trac fit a Elite Exalt LD?

Needs a Picatinny base. The Exalt LD mounts the sight on a Elite RAC Picatinny rail, so the S&S Backcountry Dual Trac dovetail bar will not clamp to it. Add a Picatinny base or use the S&S Backcountry Dual Trac in a Picatinny mount if one is offered.

What to orderA Picatinny base for the S&S Backcountry Dual Trac, or a Picatinny-mount version
Trapa Bridge-Lock dovetail bar is a different interface from a Picatinny rail

The Elite Exalt LD sight mount is a RAC Picatinny interface, so whether the S&S Backcountry Dual Trac fits depends on the mounting bar, not the sight head.

The S&S Backcountry Dual Trac is a dovetail sight offered in a Bridge-Lock version, which is why it drops into a Mathews slot but needs a base change for a Picatinny rail and cannot use a Center Mass slot.
